Örgütsel Özdeşleşmenin İş Tatmini Üzerine Etkisinde İşe Adanmışlığın Aracı Rolünün Belirlenmesine Yönelik Bir Araştırma

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel özdeşleşmenin iş tatmini üzerine etkisinde işe adanmışlığın aracı rol oynayıp oynamadığını tespit etmektir. Kayseri’de faaliyet göstermekte olan kamu hastanelerinde çalışmakta olan sağlık çalışanları üzerinde alan araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan alan araştırması sonucunda 427 katılımcıdan veri elde edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında frekans analizi, güvenilirlik analizi, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda işe adanmışlığın örgütsel özdeşleşmenin iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde kısmi aracılık rolü oynadığı tespit edilmiştir.
