Abstract
The fiqh method has a special position in Islamic sciences. The reason for this is that it gives fiqh a systematic and consistent structure. It is also to determine the rules of method in accordance with the rules of kalam. In this respect, the subjects of the method of fiqh are intertwined with the subjects of creed, especially with the method of mutakallimin. For this reason, the position in the creed also affects the method of fiqh. In the Shiite sects, this situation is especially apparent in the source/dalil issues of the fiqh method. The reason for this is the effort to put the innocent imam or imams ahead of other mujtahids. It is possible to see the Shiite understanding of the source in Zaydiyya, which is seen as the closest to the Sunni schools among the Shiite groups. For this reason, Zaydiyya's understanding of the source has an important position in terms of seeing where it stands on the Shiite-Sunni axis. An Investigation in the Context of Zaydiyya and Fiqh Method-Source Concept (al-adilla al-shariyya), written by Fatih Yücel, deals with an important issue in terms of seeing this place. In addition, the fact that Zaydiyya is accepted as the official sect in Yemen makes the study extremely important.

Abstract
Fıkıh usulü, İslami ilimler içerisinde özel bir konuma sahiptir. Bunun sebebi, fıkhı sistematik ve tutarlı bir yapıya kavuşturmasının yanı sıra usulî kaidelerin de kelam kaidelerine uygun olarak belirlenmesidir. Özellikle mütekellimin metodunda fıkıh usulünün konularıyla itikadi konuların içi içe girdiği görünmektedir. Bu sebeple itikattaki pozisyon, fıkıh usulünü de etkilemektedir. Şiî mezheplerde ise itikadi konular özelikle fıkıh usulünün kaynak/delil konularında karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bunun nedeni masum imam veya imamları diğer müçtehitlerin önüne geçirme gayretidir. Şiî gruplardan Sünnî ekollere en yakını olarak görülen Zeydiyye’de de kaynakla ilgili Şiî yönelimi görmek mümkündür. Zeydiyye’nin kaynak anlayışı, Şiî-Sünnî ekseninde durduğu yeri görmek açısından önemli bir konuma sahiptir. Fatih Yücel tarafından kaleme alınan Zeydiyye ve Fıkıh Usulü- Kaynak Kavramı (Edille-i Şer‘iyye) Bağlamında Bir İnceleme adlı eser, bu yeri görmek açısından önemli bir konuyu ele almaktadır. Ayrıca Zeydiyye’nin Yemen’de resmî mezhep olarak kabul edilmesi de çalışmayı son derece önemli kılmaktadır.
