الكفايات التقنية لمعلمي اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها لقياس وتقويم مستويات طلابهم إلكترونيًا

Abstract

في ظل التقدم السريع للتكنولوجيا في عالمنا اليوم، أصبح توظيف التقنية الحديثة أمرًا حتميًا في مجال التعليم. وفي هذا السياق، يظهر مفهوم التقويم الإلكتروني وسيلةً فعّالةً لقياس مستويات الطلاب وتقويمها باستخدام الأدوات والتقنيات الإلكترونية. يعد تطوير الكفايات التقنية لمعلمي اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها أمرًا حاسمًا لتحقيق نجاح هذا التحول. ونظرًا لتنوع فوائد توظيف التقنية في تعليم العربية للناطقين بغيرها، وخاصة تلك الأدوات والتطبيقات الإلكترونية التي يمكن للمعلمين توظيفها في تقويم مستويات الطلاب، كان لزامًا على المعلمين امتلاك الكفايات التقنية الضرورية للاستفادة من تلك التقنيات وتوظيفها في العملية التعليمية، بما في ذلك فهم أنواع الاختبارات الإلكترونية وكيفية تصميمها وتنفيذها وتحليل نتائجها. ويناقش هذا البحث عدة موضوعات تشمل مفهوم الكفايات وأنواعها، وقضية توظيف التقنية الحديثة في تعليم العربية للناطقين بغيرها، ودور المعلم في ذلك، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة مفهوم التقويم الإلكتروني، وأهميته والأدوات الإلكترونية المستخدمة فيه، وصولًا إلى تحديد الكفايات التقنية الضرورية للمعلمين، ويختتم هذا البحث بمجموعة من النصائح والتوصيات لتنمية الكفايات التقنية للمعلمين. ويؤكِّد هذا البحث الضرورة الملحة لتطوير الكفايات التقنية لمعلمي اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها والتركيز على دور التقنية الحديثة في تعزيز جودة التعليم وتقويم مستويات الطلاب إلكترونيًّا.
